Remove unecessary unlock-buffer calls

* lisp/files.el (revert-buffer-insert-file-contents--default-function):
Remove vestigial call to `unlock-buffer'.
* lisp/simple.el (primitive-undo): Assume unlock-buffer is always
bound.  (Bug#46701)
